Why we do not offer refunds
Every product on lnat-papers.com is a PDF download. As soon as your order is complete, the files are available on your order confirmation page and sent to your email address. A download cannot be returned, so we are unable to take products back or refund them once they have been bought.
Your right to cancel
For online purchases you would normally have 14 days to change your mind. For digital content this right ends once the download is made available to you. By placing an order, you ask us to give you immediate access to your files and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once access begins.

Our free LNAT practice paper is a full-length paper with worked answers. Please use it to judge the format and quality of our papers before you buy.
If something is wrong with your order
If a file will not download, will not open, is faulty or is not what was described, email us at david@lnat-papers.com with your order number. We will fix the problem or send you a working copy.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
